Molding shop

Our molds are manufactured to precise tolerances on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machine tools. The mold production process begins with the evaluation of the customer's request and concludes with the delivery of a suitable sample. The steps in this process are as follows:

• Manufacturability StudyThe manufacturability of the incoming drawing or sample is examined in detail. When necessary, technical support is provided to customers regarding profile design and product development.
• Customer Approval: Delivery times, mold dimensions and cost information of the molds for the profiles agreed upon for production are presented to the customer for approval.
• Mold DesignMold designs for approved profiles are made by experienced technical personnel using CAD programs, taking into account surface quality, dimensional tolerances, mold performance and life.
• CNC MachiningDesigned molds are machined with very precise tolerances on CNC-controlled machine tools using 3D CAM programs.
• Testing and Leveling: Any errors that may occur as a result of testing the produced molds are leveled by technical personnel, taking into account surface quality and dimensional tolerances.
• Heat Treatment and ArchivingAfter customer sample approval is received, the molds are made ready for production by undergoing the necessary heat treatment and are archived.
