Automatic Packaging Line
Aluminum profiles are packaged using a fully automated packaging line. This process provides the necessary protection and stability for safe transport and storage of the profiles. The packaging line consists of the following steps:
Protective Tape Coating: Profile surfaces are covered with protective tape to protect them from damage that may occur during transportation.
Winding and Bundling: The coated profiles are bundled using a wrapping machine. This process allows for easier and safer transport.
Palletizing and Strapping: The bundled profiles are framed with wooden wedges of appropriate dimensions, according to customer specifications. Palletizing and strapping are then performed, which increases the profiles' stability.
Wrapping with Stretch Nylon: All pallets are wrapped in stretch nylon to protect the profiles from external factors. This step ensures the safe storage and transportation of packaged products for extended periods.
