In our Mechanical Processing Production Facility, the following processes are carried out:
Machining and 3D Modeling: 3D models are created in accordance with customer demands and machining operations are carried out based on these models.
Cutting and Angled Cutting Operations: Cutting and angle cutting operations are performed using double-head and single-head cutting machines.
Drilling, Angled Drilling, Countersinking, Milling: Drilling, angle drilling, countersinking and milling operations are performed with 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining centers.
Drilling and Tapping Operations: Drilling and tapping operations are performed using 3 and 5 axis CNC Tapping Center machining centers.
Punch Operations: Punching, bending and unloading operations are carried out with 25 and 60 ton eccentric presses.
Vibratory Deburring: Surface abrasion, washing and drying machines and vibratory deburring operations are carried out.
Universal Multi-Drilling and Multi-Punching Machines: Universal machines are used for multiple drilling and multiple punching operations.
Assembly and Disassembly Procedures: Assembly and disassembly processes are carried out using rivets, welding, bolts and adhesive bonding methods.
