Alloy Production Process and Capacity Details
Our company casts billets in 5”, 6”, 7”, 8”, and 9” sizes and has an annual production capacity of 12,500 tons. Billets up to 5400 mm in length can be processed during the production process. Alloy quality is precisely controlled using spectroanalyzers to ensure quality.

Aluminum alloys are combined with various elements to give them different properties and are classified into different series:
- 1000 Series: Unalloyed Aluminum
- 2000 Series: Copper Aluminum Alloy
- 3000 Series: Manganese Aluminum Alloy
- 4000 Series: Silicon Aluminum Alloy
- 5000 Series: Magnesium Aluminum Alloy
- 6000 Series: Aluminum Alloy with Silicon and Magnesium
- 7000 Series: Zinc Aluminum Alloy
- 8000 Series: Aluminum Alloy with Iron and Silicon
This classification provides great flexibility in the production of aluminum products used in various sectors. Each series has been specifically developed for different application areas.
